I was offered a good deal on a Miele Topaz from my local dealer with a Seb-228 power head. I must say it is very nice. Any tips on storage?

Congrats... this is a beautiful machine!

Does that one have the slot on the bottom of the machine body (where the wheels are) so that you can slide the power nozzle into it? If it does, tip the machine up on end and slide the power nozzle into that slot... telescope the wands down and you can remove the hose and curl it around the machine on the floor or hang it up (many people say it helps to reduce the stress points on the hose if you don't leave it connected when not using)...

Opinion after one full use

Compared to the S7 lighter and also seemed to clean deeper. You can actually hear dirt coming into the vacuum. A little bit of a pain to drag around but much lighter when using and Much better comber than the S7. I believe the Miele canister might be a better performer than their upright.
I just may have been converted from upright to canister.
Reminded me of a Rainbow without the water.

Miele motor

Miele's Vortex 1,200 Watt MotorThe powerful motor developed and manufactured by Miele in Germany, ensures exceptional cleaning performance with maximum dust elimination..

Upgraded

I decided I would upgrade to the homecare S8 with a Seb-236 power head, now this is another level. Time to sell some vacuums, I found the the best I will find.
