Don't hold your breath....

TTI is one of those Chinese companies who will strangle the life out of any company that was once worthy of having a famous name like "Hoover" and turning it into yet another plasti-vac clone-producing wasteland. Sad as it is to say, Hoover as we know it is no more. I'm glad that so many of their wonderful machines are preserved through collectors, but nothing they can do will bring back the old company we knew and loved.

I have had a simplicity! They are amazing. They are a little heave, but they really pull up the nap. We have shag, and we thought that it was just plain shag. It turns out after using the simplicity once it is actually sculptured shag. These vacuums are amazing and pull out tons of dust, and filter really well.

Let's hope some of the next of kin to the disgruntled employees (many of whom are dead, or are going to die) of Hoover and Royal (that we knew in their glory years) will cough up enough money to buy out these two firms from TTI. How would that sound, Rick?

I have a Riccar Supralite

In large about a 28pt font it says Made in America and then in very small about a 8pt font it says "With globaly sourced parts"

Take the hood off it and the motor says "Assembled in Mexico"
