Lux 1205

I was cruising a local thrift shop and encountered a pretty solid lux with nice hose and pn. In reviewing Dr. Lester's site on lux history, it appears to be a "middle" 1205. Is this a machine that should give me pause before cannibalization? I paid $5 for it.

I wish we had thrift stores like that near me! I have never seen any lux in a thrift store. About all we get is plastic junk.

If the 1205 is in exceptionally good shape, it would probably be a shame to tear it up. But if it's a dog, then proceed in good conscience.
