Hello everyone, I have been holding onto two really beautiful 1920's Hoover coffee can upright vacuums for a while, and I want to know if someone may still make authentic replica bags for pre-war Hoover coffee can vacuums. I have two Hoover Coffee can vacuums, a Hoover model 541 with a complete box of attachments and half of a Hoover baby model 103, no handle. Both machines do not have factory original bags as they are nearly impossible to find now days and Again, I was wondering if someone can make me an authentic replica of 1920's Hoover white satin bags.

To be Honest, I'm not sure if Kyle still makes authentic replicas of antique vacuum bags, like for 1920's Hoover coffee cans.
Is Kyle Kritchbaum still available on Vacuum land?

Balda made a bunch a while back. He made them for a movie where he restored a hoover and made period correc bags.

If you can find the pattern for a Hoover bag, I would buy a black Kirby cloth bag, take it and the pattern for the Hoover bag into a promotional wear shop, and have them do it for you. Most local promotional wear companies make T Shirts in what's known as the Silk Screening method....meaning they put the pattern on a screen, and then use paint to imprint the pattern onto the shirt.

It might be expensive....but if you go on a few forums, you might find a few interested Hoover Coffee Can owners who want it done as well and split the cost.

Is out of comission for a little while.
They have a cricket heat press. I think it's 150 or less and the bag design would fit in the bugger machine.
I have one but not used it on a vacuum bag yet.
