Howdy folks from Texas. I found a Thunder this morning at a Goodwill. It ran when plugged in, so I got it. Immediately I noticed the Hepa filter door was missing and there was superficial damage to the cord in one small place. After I brought it home, I repaired the level mechanism and replaced the belt. The lights worked fine. I finally noticed something very odd....the outer cyclonic cone was crumbling...the grate caved in and shattered and the bottom flange/fin/lip snapped off in pieces.
So, I am looking for either the outer cyclone piece or both pieces and a Hepa filter top door.
Truthfully, I would prefer not to have the Hepa on at all and have that piece that goes over where the Hepa filter housing snaps.
