Looking for Lewyt 111 hose ends, PN, floor brush

Does anyone have the hose ends, powernozzle or floor brush for a Lewyt model 111 (Green PN, white brush, gold hose ends with electrical connection) spare? I have the proper hose for it but someone has put normal Lewyt ends on it at some point. Would like to complete this machine.
