Lonely Maytag Repairman Costume

I'd like to be able to recreate o' lonely's costume, but I'm having some trouble. I've already found an eBay listing for a Maytag logo patch for the shirt, but I can't find seem to anything else. What is the type of hat he wears called? Where might I find a blue semi- formal work jacket?
