Last Evening..

I got a call, it was me dad... "I was just going home along Ryde Avenue and I saw this Vacuum in a skip (!) it's white..round and has bits with it" (can yer guess what it is yet? heh my dad does look a bit like Rolf Harris..)

Naturally I had a very good guess of what it was, so now i've got a (very) grebbly looking Grey and White Connie to sort out..it'll go with my Fern Green one

A Constellation..it's weird though, as it says "hoover constellation" around the hose inlet..something my Green one doesn't have..I thought the writing like that was just an American thing..

Tried her out just quickly, Motor sounds as smooth as ever.

My Swedish Green Connie has shot bearings..makes a terrible "Belch" when I shut her off or she gets accidently tipped over.. "OARGHHHHHHHURRRPPPPP" sort of noise.

Isn't it always the way? the near mint vacuum sounds like crap and the dirty messy one purrs like a kitten

All I need to do is respray her, luckily she just seems to be primer grey in two shades.
