Sorry Guys

The video links will not work since I removed them. Google Docs is too unreliable unfortunately. Once more than a couple people try and watch the service goes awol and the videos disappear.

I wish I had a better way to share these videos. I have asked Fred to remove the post since the links are no longer working.
