Hey Guys!
I need some help here from some Kirby gurus. I have an Ultimate G (not the Diamond Edition-though they are virtually the same model-but without the speed switch selector).
I replaced the fan--all done the proper way using the correct part. However, I noticed that the motor has a slight throaty sound in the background. I am wondering if this is a result of manufacturing tolerances OR, am I missing something? The fan shaft doesn't have any play in it so I know it's not the bearing going bad.
It almost sounds like the fan has a small chip or break in one of the blades. BUT, it doesn't.
Has anyone else ever experienced this phenomenon?
