Kirby Sweet Aire/Odorific

Curious to know if the current odorific can be used in older Kirbys (500 series specifically) by placing drops in the emtor hole as the sweet aire was administered.

Also, does anyone have any bottles of NOS sweet aire they would be willing to sell me? Would really like to see what it was like!!!!

can be used in the older 500 series.I've used in mine and smells so good.I've used about 3 to 4 drops.

According to the model 518 manual (Kirby's 1958 model), Sweet-Aire imparted a pine scent to the air when used in the Sani-Em-Tor's scent infuser. It would probably smell as if you had just cleaned your home with Pine-Sol.

derek they show up on ebay often. search under vintage kirby or sweet aire, etc etc. you'll find cans quite often, still unused.
