kirby model 511

[super-sweeper]

hi everyone, i was hand polishing my 511 and it's shining but the oxidation won't come off! what do i do? also,this 511 has been factory reconditioned way back when, and it has a brown, open able from the top bag with little kirby sanitronic style ovals, and light brown trim and a black cord. what color was this model when produced? any pics?
