Exactly....the salesman had 'tier prices' depending on how hard you fought & bargained. This was true for Kirby and LUX. A friend tried to sell Kirby's recently and that's still going on. My Diamond J was bought around '83/'84. I think she got out the door with just short of my $600 and sadly, my old Hoover upright. That included the PN, but the Sidekick hadn't come out yet...that was more $ later.Kevin
