I was wondering if anyone out there has a manual for the Kirby Classic they could scan for me. I have Grandma's Kirby Classic and would love to be able to send it for a rebuild but I need a copy of the page where the purchase info would go to send it in.
Thanks for any help.

HOw dose that work then, Because any of the waranty pages.
Have the serial number written in, as well as the date of
purchase and the org. owners name?

I always thought that Kirby kept the warranty cards with the original purchasers name. When one was sent for rebuild, I understood that they checked this against the info they receive with the rebuild request.

You may want to call the Kirby Rebuild department;
"To take advantage of this program, please contact our Rebuild Department for details and pricing. Call 216-433-7797 or email us at [email protected]. If you are calling internationally, please dial 001 216-433-7797 and ask for the Customer Service Center"

They may be able to give you some insite, but I'm guessing since you are not the original owner; the rebuild cost would be greater than the $49.50.

Even if you have to pay market rate, which I believe is $150+ I guarantee it would be a good job.
