Kirby carpet fluffer

I desperately need to revive my carpet. Does the Kirby carpet fluffer work worth a hoot.

I've seen 2 styles. The shampooer brush that you use with the plastic fluffer guard. Then the floor care polisher brush. I think it might be a stiffer brush.

So have you guys used these. Is one better than the other.

Also. I have a Avalir floor system coming for my Sentria 2. But Kirby says they don't make a fluffer for that. Do you guys know if the old brushes will work in the Avalir floor system. Thanks

Yes, it is possible to fluff up certain carpets using the power polisher. But it is not recommended for use on any rugs/carpets that are too shaggy.

The polisher brush will not fit in the Avalir Shampoer, however, if you have a floor polisher/carpet fluffer from a G Series or Sentria, it will work on the Avalir system. I use it from time to time with mine.

Just be careful as the previous poster stated. Be sure your carpet is one that can be fluffed.
