This is because Amazon sent you the wrong thing. They do this constantly. Contact them, say you received the wrong item, they will send you the right one. Sometimes it will take several attempts before you get the right one.
People will also order one thing that's more expensive, replace it with old cheap junk they have, send it back for a refund, then whoever else orders it gets their old junk. Amazon doesn't inspect returns so it's easy for scammers to get free money and buyers to get hosed.
