jess, with as common as classic III's are, just get a parts machine with the correct pieces you need. buying NOS parts unless directly dealing with the electrical, motor, or moving parts (axles, ratchet, handle fork spring) is un-necessarily expensive as there are so many ample parts machines. i bought a classic III power unit assembly off ebay a few years ago and stripped it just for the armature. i kept the rest of the trim parts, screws and wheels in a bag in case i ever need spares. i paid all of $10 for the whole thing.
