Kirby 560 light

Hello,
Would a 12V trailer light work In my Kirby 560?
It is a single filiment with 2 connectors on the bottom.

It shoud fit in the socket of the 560

Those light bulbs will not work in the Kirby. It takes 110-volt bulbs. If you use these, they will short out and may explode.

I get mine at Lowe's or Homo Depot in the lighting section where they have specialty lights

Sewing machine bulbs can work,as well.You just have to match the base.The sewing machine bulbs I know of run from 120V.

Kirby replacement bulbs are available on Ebay. I've bought several myself no problem.
