Some times I will get light trim that needs to be repaired or replaced. It's quite common to have the corners of the light trim split. I have been able to repair some by using 5 SEC FIX (AS SEEN ON TV) REPAIR EPOXY. This is like a liquid plastic, more then a glue.

It works very well to fill in or repair damage plastic or rubber. I've used it with a little paint touch up, or no paint at all, like on my 511, depending on the level of damage. I always try and use the original trim whenever possible. Unfortunately I didn't get before pictures of the 511 repair, but it was done without any paint touch up at all.
