--& more.A nice and stylish Kenmore hand vac with attachments and the plastic caddy to store---One of the greatest Point Of Purchase boxes ever with hose, atts & paperwork for the 1400 series Eureka uprights. It seems that after years of scientific study Eureka identified and pictured(in color)the 4 bad, nasties that are in your carpet and offered an electric machine with features to evict them. All is explained on the box and the magazine ads that ran at this time.---A nice Hoover Concept that is interesting for what it does and doesn't have.It does have the Power Drive(a Hoover first)and newer handle grip/switch.It doesn't have headlight,cordwinder,4 rows of bristles(only 2) or 2 foot pedals(only 1).--See at vintage vacuum or EBay seller leisurelady65.
More to come including a canister vacuum with cord winder,HOSE winder and valve to allow the same hose to suck or blow without moving hose connection.Who can tell what this vac is???

I don't know of any household vacuums with a hose winder, with the exception of a Singer (C-10?) they didn't make too long. Is it household or commercial?

And the winner is--

--Tom with 'Singer C-10'!Not only a hose that rewinds but it can suck & blow without moving hose.A huge 'papa bear' vac that makes the Silver Glide and others only a 'momma bear' or 'baby bear'.Not the finest, but when have you seen one?!?
And the followup bonus question is-Where and how are the bags changed?
