Im Thinking...

1964, but im not sure, I will have to drag out the old catalogues and see..

That's definitely in the 1960s. They made a similar canister in the 70s and early 80s but it didn't have the handle on the front and no cord winder. Your vacuum would have come with white attachments with the SEARS logo on them. The crevice tool was probably the one with the flared out end and likely went in the side slot on top while the dusting brush, fabric brush, and floor brush went into the top opening. Does it have an outlet for the Power Mate?

Not sure about what bags that takes, it MAY work with the Type E bags that Sears still sells.

Sears Closing

The sears in my area is closing. sucks. i can probably find the bags in k-mart though because they are selling kenmore things now.

You might find them at Kmart, my local one doesn't have them. They do sell the Ultracare bags, etc, but the selection at my Kmart is more limited than at Sears. I'm sure you could get them online though.
