Saw this on eBay, it's a little pricey but it does seem to be never used.
This is a later iteration, you can see they added a bag holder in the tank and moved the deflector plate to the top to allow bags to be used. This model has a full set of dry vacuuming tools too, and the power nozzle, which was also a later thing. You'd only need the Spraymate and you'd be fully equippped. I am assuming there is a matching Spraymate for this too?
The attachments look kind of Hoover Elite, esp the dusting brush. Are the floor brush and squeegee generic or mfr specific?
