Since there was a discussion re. the Hoover Concept and the very nice model list, here's another one. My son is pres. of a local charity that takes donations for fund-raising purposes, so he called me about this one. I drove down to their office a little ways away this evening and this JC Penney was what I found, marked $2.50. I didn't even bother to plug it in. When I got home, I checked it out and I can't find a thing wrong with it. The bag inside was empty and it came with one extra A bag. I dusted it off and cleaned it up a bit. There are scratches on the hood from being run under furniture but nothing is broken, outer bag is good, hose retractor works, good deal. Kinda heavy. I don't know what I'll do with it, just like the Dial-a-matic I got recently. There's a JCP Mod. 2910 depicted in one of the posts on the Hoover Concept listing thread, but it's a different color than this one.
