Is this Dirt Devil Hand Vacuum from the 90s?

Is this hand vacuum from the 90s? The box screams out 1990s. This model seems more rare than a model 103 or a model 500.

Remember having one of these... Still regret returning it to this day, only difference between this and the one I had was a translucent red bin. I'd say these did come out at some point in the 90s, but I can tell you they were around in the early/mid 2000s.

So are these like really powerful? I have a Sears Dustbuster I got 2 weeks ago, and it does not pick up anything. All the dirt is stuck in front of the flap and you have to push the dirt in that one.

I wouldn't say really powerful. They're competent for what they are, and were just about as good as some of the best hand vacs at the time.

They made a toy version of this. It was a miniaturized version of this stuck onto an MVP style upright base. The handheld was removable.
