I am now the proud owner of a Mac Pro.. Got it for a great price, and the seller has awesome feedback. Now I have to wait for it to arrive!

I feel your pain! I say that just about every time I pay for yet another eBay item, especially if its an item I already have multiples of! There are times I just have to take a break from it too in order to let my bank account recover!!! Oh well I guess when we stop wanting "stuff" then we are in trouble, or at least that holds true for me! However, I hope your MAC works out well for you!

I've been wanting a Mac Pro for a long time, and this one is such a good price, I couldn't pass it up. I can't wait for it to get here. I feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas!

A Mac isn't for everybody. There's a lid for every pot. Thankfully there are enough types of computers out there for everyone. Personally, I haven't looked back since I bought my MacBook Pro. After falling in love with the iPhone and the iPad, I figured a MacBook would be heavenly and I was right.

I'm sorry you hate your MacBook Pro so much. I have a MacBook Pro with a Core 2 Duo processor, 6 Gb RAM, and a 500 GB hard drive, and love it. In my opinion, it's the best laptop I've ever had. I run both OS X and Windows on it and have the best of both worlds on one machine. What is it about yours that you don't like?

I too love Apple hardware, and have been using Macs exclusively since Apple changed over to Intel based processors. I currently have an iMac core duo that has been upgraded to the max, and want something more flexible. My new to me Mac Pro has 2 dual core Intel Xeon processors (4 processor cores total) and I've upgraded my Ram to 12 GB. This model maxes out at 32 GB, so plenty of room to grow there, if the need arises. i can also upgrade the processors to two quad core Xeons (8 total processor cores), if i so desire. I also upgraded the disk to 1.25 TB, and still have two more SATA bays left inside for more if I need it. All in all, this machine is gonna scream. I also plan to run both OS X and Windows on it, both in Boot Camp and as a VM under VMware Fusion. It's shipped and according to the tracking info, it should be here on Monday. Can't wait!

Case is damaged. Not what is shown in auction pics. It was packed really well. Machine was wrapped in bubble wrap, inserted into box and box sealed. Box was then wrapped in more bubble wrap and placebo into another box. Really packed well. After unpacking the machine, this is what I found.
