I need help

the VG2 in the tristar PN will not turn the spindle and the shaft inside the brushroll will spin but the brushes will not

New bearings maybe? I don't know much about Tristars.

no the bearings are ok the problem was at the caps that goes in front of the bearings

but there is the pictures of the brushroll parts someone tell me if i have all the parts

I have the same problem with my Kenmore Magic Blue. Sometimes what I do is a take a q-tip(spelling ?) and put water on it and clean out the caps. It works alright for like 40 uses, and then I have to do it again! Wait for someone else to answer, I don't know much about VG-IIs. I got my first VG II vacuums a month ago!
