I've never seen that book, either.
And, that's just the point: None of us has exclusive rights. Certainly not about to get into a tizzy w/ anyone in here. I was making a point. I do believe, however, that The Tonight Show actually does have exclusive rights, as it were, to any film clips, footage, etc from their own show. Anyone who writes a book, also, along with the publisher, would have exclusive rights. For example, my own sister, ( a published author), has written two books. She DOES hold the exclusive rights to them. She and her publisher, had to be certain that all information in both books was accurate, correct, not false, etc, before said books went into production. And, all information, facts, references, etc, are correct. She lives in VA, and her publisher set up book signings/meet the author meetings in several cities. She even came back home here to host an even at a local bookstore. I have several copies of each. She actually signed a copy of each for me. They grace my bookcase to this day.If her information were false, untrue, etc, at all, she's have lost her credibility and would have been laughed out of town by those who'd know better. She certainly would have criticized by her peers in the literary world. They are books on business, real estate, etc.
Is that the focus to which you were referring?[this post was last edited: 4/21/2018-13:07]
