How to date an Oreck?

Help Support VacuumLand:

Only Orecks produced from 1997-on have date codes. This was right when Bissell stopped making vacuums for Oreck, and Oreck bought the old Regina plant in Mississippi. Since the 9100C was only produced for a short time after the date code was introduced, my guess is yours doesn't have one. If it does, a number like 97320 would indicate it was manufactured the 320th day of 1997. Look at the sticker on the back of the machine. Earlier machines (1988-on) had 3.2 amp motors. They switched to 4 amps in the mid-1990's. Hope this helps.

How to date an Oreck:

1. Shyly ask for her phone number.

2. Wait two days, call, ask her if she wants to go to dinner and a movie.

3. Show up with flowers and a box of candy.

4. Go to dinner at a fancy restaurant, catch the latest movie.

5. Drive her home, no hanky-panky on the first date, just a light kiss goodnight on the cheek.

what if

Your Oreck is a gay male?

Shake his cord... don't even ask for last name... just make sure theres a bag in place before eloping to the broom closet!
