ok fellow collecters i need some help and advice this picture was taken last year in my livein room just after the major flood . like every body on ere i collect vacuum cleaners which most of you no but some sneak as used my picture and made out its his to sell a vacuum cleaner on ebay. i hav contacted ebay but the person that as dunn it hes doin me for slander harrasment because i told him to take the picture off. what do. i do not want to lose my ebay account . i hav stuck the hoover turbomaster on here that was taken just after. also heres the item num of the vacuum cleaner( 27091334691)plz plz help and give me your addvice

heres the a fendin picture that some sneak as used i no its silly to argue over a picture its not the point . the poor old seller sees this who ever as got it. thing s hes get this it could cause a load of probs

It's happened to me before. That's why I put my shop name on pics I list on here now...
Once ebay helped me and cancelled to auction. The next time after Ebay was as much use as a choclate teapot!!!
