So after an nightmare week of convincing the seller to post and another week of waiting for it to arrive, it finally came, it was in okay condition outside, nothing that a good old dust couldn't take care of, under the hood was a completely different story as the pictures will tell, my guess is that the old owner purchased a new vacuum and used this one as a garage/ DIY vacuum and then sold it due to the suction loss due to a blocked hose and smashed fan case, its a miracle that it is still working, anyway enough of me, here are some before and after pictures.

The wheels were both smashed to smithereens when it arrived.

Showing the difference between hose and cleaner head mode as you can see the curved plastic piece moves to block suction the the cleaner head when in hose, and when in upright mode the plastic piece covers the hose opening shown in the picture above, VERY simple yet VERY effective.
