I remember making a thread on my Savvy’s Mobo and someone mentioned Diodes. How that I have my own Soldering Iron, I could replace those diodes and see those Lights actually working for the first time! I could post pics of the Board for Reference.

Use a multimeter and test which ones actually have gone bad and to verify the board is getting power from the line first. Once you find out which one has gone bad shouldn't be too hard to replace it, just a matter of finding a match.

That gunk on the back of the board in photo 2, might be the resistor leaking, hard to say.

How do I test properly for a Bad COmponent, though? I have used a multimeter for batteries n stuff before and I do have one. It is recieving power form the Vacuum. While this was made at the Tail End of the Capacitor Plague, the Capacitor on the Board shows no signs of leakage.
