Hoover Dustette replacement bag?

Hi!

I just bought a prewar Hoover Dustette,and was wondering where I could find a replacement outer bag for it, or if I'll need to sew one (and use a Eureka bag spring to hold it in place).

Also, is there a way to look up the serial number?
