Hello all
I have a major problem. I have a Hoover Convertible Model 70 that I use as my daily vacuum. I took it out of service to service the motor, lube the bearing and just do a general clean up/cleaning.
Anyway when I was taking the motor assembly apart to clean it, the tabs that hold the lower motor bearing on from the bottom were loose. Upon inspection and trying to see what was going on I noticed that the tabs were cracked from bending them in the past. The bearing is still tight and not sloppy but all four of the tabs are broke off.
Anyone know where I can get a replacement lower bearing?
