Hoover Convertible Help

Hey all.

Im new to this forum and I ran into a little problem with my convertible.
I was vacuuming my living room one day when a bunch of dust flew out of the outer bag and from the bottom of the cleaner.

Any idea what could be the problem?

The model of the Convertible is U4127.

Here is a look at the bottom of the outer bag.

Hi Ethan To begin with welcome to this wonderful club. you will find many nice people here ready to help you.To begin with did the paper bag burst or was it to ful?Next take the bag off the vacuum take the vac outside pick it up start the motor to blow any dirt out of the unit. That should do it. Then put tht bag on the vac with a new bag Type C . Let me know how you make out with the vac. Take care Doug
