He thinks he has a goldmine...


It has really become a problem with eBay. People who know nothing about vacuums think that just because it is old (more than a few years) it is worth a fortune. A couple of weeks ago there was someone who listed four Kirbys, a 500 series, a Heritage and two Heritage IIs and was asking $400 each. I emailed him/her and told them that none of the vacuums he/she had listed was worth that much. I did not get a reply. I seem to recall that he/she listed them three times, never sold them and have not been listed since. People should do a little research before selling things on auction sites. Check out what things sell for, what is too high a price.
