Found this Hoover on Craigslist . Missing the original PN but my Quadraflex PN matches it perfectly. The onboard attachments were trashed so those will be replaced. I will clean this up some more and post more pics later!

Very nice find!
Yours is a 1977, 1978 model. The Celebrity II's were introduced in 1975, the II meaning that it featured the new Powermatic head. That one was the TOL in Cinnamon and Regal brown. The very first of those had the smaller Hoover plug, as opposed to the square plug that was replaced in 1976. Also the very early 1975 models have a non Hoover made hose. It is the same pre fabed Electric hose that Eureka used, but had the Hoover ends, and the Hoover pigtail.
I will post a early 1975 ad for your model, if you look close you can see the hose I am talking about. I will also post a sales sheet with the specs..

While we are on the subject, I thought I would show you my Celebrity II Elite. Also I thought I would show you my Celebrity II Estate, beacuse mine is a 1975 model with the early hose. The Estate was one step down from the Elite.
