I was wanting an older hoover Jr but the one I wanted they don't have here in the states( i don't think so) so I went on eBay and found a model 115 close to what I want. On eBay was the 115 but it was kind of rough but the starting biding price was $.99 so I checked it out, the shipping was $43., to me that was kind of fishy so I contacted the seller so see if they will work with me on the price and they told they could ship it to me for $25, I thought they adjusted the shipping price so I that was a great deal they told me to click buy it now and they'll send me an invoice with an adjusted price I didn't know what they're talking about so I tried it anyways for some reason it didn't want to work so what I did was wait until the end and then place a bid I didn't know that the seller was bidding against me until I got an email from them saying that they he listed it. I saw it listed again and now it's $59 plus $25 shipping. I think this is how it works if I paid $.99 for the vacuum and the $43.00 on shipping if anything happen like I wanted to return it because it was no good or it got lost in shipping The only refund I would get would be $.99 and they would keep the other $43. I wished that everything went smooth it would have been a nice small treat because I did not have a good holiday.
