I wanted to see how my 1521 compared to my other 1521 UltraLux. The UltraLux has a 9.0 amp motor without the power nozzle and the 1521 originally had an 8.0 amp motor without the power nozzle. I'm not sure how many amps the replacement motor uses. The UltraLux has a slightly powerful motor. I know Electrolux used model number 1525 on many of their canisters. I'm by no means an Electrolux expert.
