The Henry Quick I ordered about a month ago arrived today. Attached are pics of the unboxing. I also have a Miele Triflex but was unhappy with the small bin capacity and having to clean the filters every time the bin was emptied which was every 2-3 times that I used it. The Henry Quick uses a bag pod system and does not have any filters that have to be cleaned....26 pods were included. Based on a UK vac collectors (IBAISAIC) youtube video, he used the Henry Quick for a month and packed the bag pod solid with no loss of suction. Also the brush roll can be turned off for hard floor cleaning whereas on the Miele it does not shut off. The brush head on the Henry Quick is about 2 inches narrower than the Triflex and the headlight is not as bright. The Henry Quick has a normal speed and power boost. The battery takes 2.5 hours to charge. The battery run times are as follows: 70 min. (normal, brush off), 55 min. (normal, brush on), 16 min. (high, brush off), 14 min. (high, brush on). There is a suction relief valve on the brush head. The brush head is harder to push on my carpet on high speed but it grooms the carpet better on high. There is an air freshener pad that fits on the rear of the main unit. There is no trigger button that has to be constantly pressed..instead there is a button on the top to turn it on/off, another button to turn power head on/off, a button for normal/high speed as well as 4 indicator lights to show the charge level remaining and a bag full indicator light. There is a quick set up manual plus 3 additional full manuals in 8 or 9 different languages. There was also 3 A/C adapters - 1 for North America, 1 for the UK, and 1 for Australia.
