Help needed identifying a hose

I found this hose in my travels today. It had an aluminum Electrolux upholstery nozzle on it, but the hardware on the hose suggests a different brand. Positive ID? Thank you.

That is an APEX hose!! late 40s early 50s, a rare thing in that good condition.
