HART is fairly recent. Within the last year. It's Walmart's store brand of vacuum cleaners / power tools. They are usually re-badged clones of competitor models. I've seen some of their Hoover ONEPWR clones cheaply but didn't add any to my collection yet to compare what's been changed (if anything)
