This particular style of steam cleaner is fairly generic, I believe one factory makes them and then plenty of different brands have their name slapped on it with different colors.
I grew up with a red and black one with the "Scünci" brand, and these days I have a Eureka-branded yellow one. All the same tools come with each cleaner, an elbow-joint for tight spaces, scrub brush, drapery wand and a bonnet, extension hose, and a straight wand.
Then it'll have a funnel and a container for filling up the unit.
Here's a pic of one similar to mine, hope it helps!
One is NIB. The other, I've used. It was missing a few attachments, but I like the very long cord.
It does a great job, forcing blasts of steam in hard to reach places.
