I've been looking for a Henry vac for a long time and I finally found one and won one on eBay just today from the UK for a cheap price. I was the only bidder on it.

Unfortunately the seller was an idiot and I lost it. He cancelled the order before I could even pay. He sent an eMail stating he wanted cash on collection & pickup, no PayPal. I told him I live in the USA, you have to ship it. He said "nah I am not going to ship there for free". Huh????

The auction fully stated international shipping with Royal Mail and accepted PayPal and all credit cards. He has been a eBay member since 2005 and somehow doesn't know how to use eBay.

I reported him for violating eBay TOS for asking for payment outside of PayPal and refusal to ship.

Thanks John, yeah I'll keep a lookout, I might run across another one. I have seen more and more of an increase in sellers that have no idea what they are doing and sellers that keep canceling deals. I guess they don't like making money.
