Welcome Steve...

Looking forward to some pictures of "the graveyard"! I'm also interested in old sewing machines. Do you have a graveyard of these as well?

Welcome to the group.

Welcome to Vacuumland, Steve! Hope you enjoy it here.

Since you say you have a graveyard of old vacuums....can you check to see if you have a 13" small nozzle powerhead for a Kirby Heritage, Heritage II, Heritage II Legend or Legend II? It's the small nozzle that DOES NOT have the BPI light, & looks very much like a 500-series nozzle. I am looking to find one to use on my Kirby's, as the 15 inch head is too big in my apartment.

Thanks in advance for anything you can find....Rob

Welcome Steve!

It's always nice to see a new face join the club! You will find that we are all a little bit quirky, but you will also find some of the greatest folks you could ever ask for, and a knowledgebase that is unmatched! Pretty much if you ask a question about something, if someone in the group doesn't know it, they will find it and get it answered for you!

I am really excited to hear that you have a good parts "graveyard" as I collect mainly older vacuums and it's becoming more and more difficult to find new or NOS replacement parts! Hesco used to be one of my favorite places to shop for items, but it seems they have revamped their website and I can't find anything I need now! I am always interested in anything vintage Electrolux canister, and Hoover coffee can vacuums, parts, whole machines, etc! I noticed right away you had some old Hoover uprights when I looked at your link you posted. I would love to discuss procuring some of your unwanted vacuums, you're welcome to email me at [email protected] so we can discuss machines, price, shipping, etc.

Again, welcome and I hope you enjoy the site and make many friends!

Steve

Steve!!!

WELCOME. You've found a great place to learn, teach, share and enjoy. I'm the "HOOVER guru", I guess. But, I don't bash, do I , folks??
So relax, post pics, and INDULGE your passion for vacuums cleaners.

And, to qoute the 'librarian' in Porky's, Ooooh, the graveyard!"

YAY!!!

Wow....FINALLY I have found one!! I have been looking practically forever! Steve, you have made me one happy guy here. I will contact you via email to get things going, so please hold the powerhead for me.

Thanks again, Rob

Hey Steve, would you happen to have an Electrolux Power Nozzle Cord and straps that goes around a standard hose? Dosent have to be Electrolux either,,any 2 prong cord with the hose straps would work. Rainbow, Compact, any would be fine. Need one for an Electrolux Model G. Thank you in advance! Brian W. in Kansas

Filter Queens

Hey Steve,

I see in the second to last pic that you have a couple of old Filter Queens there. Shoot me a price with shipping to South Haven, MI 49090. Also, let me know of any FQ Parts and accessories that you have.
