Goblin = Morphy Richards?

Hello everyone!

I have a bit of a question. I have currently been using a Goblin Topo Model 73155. This machine was at my grandparent's caravan and only used a handful of times. Upon taking it out of its box and examining it, on the bottom there is an internet address for Morphy Richards. This came as a shock to me as I didn't know that Morphy Richards made Goblin!

Alas, I don't know how old it is! It is a bagged cylinder, blue and has 1400 watts.

That's right. Morphy Richards bought Goblin out some time ago... Not sure when
I believe at one point Goblin vanished from the floor care market all together.
Then in the last year or so Morphy Richards re-launched the name but basically on there vacs.

I'm sure someone on here can explain more about it than I can.
I only like Goblins up to he mid 90s. So I'm not sure about the topo but I know the model you mean. My guess it was out around 1999-2001ish.

Thanks for the info! I have a 2001 Argos book and it is not in there! I do remember seeing a MR and it looked very similar to the Goblin!
