I see you have the Sentria: Pink Bag Edition like my Sentria was when I first bought it.

Your Diamond and Sentria do look good... Though the Pink Bag does make it look a bit fruity.

I would buy it a new bag, but I don't really feel like shelling out 50 plus dollars for it. Does it look bad? All the machines set aside will be going to Cleveland this summer.

Look great

Great job shining them all up.

TASE, If you are worried about a vacuum looking 'fruity' because of a pink bag, you must not be a very secure guy.

I guess I can't complain about the pink bag because I only paid 15 dollars for the Sentria at Goodwill.

Sonnyndad, the vacuum looks great, though I just love the look of the Sentria in general.

Gr8DaneDad, I have no problem with the pink bag. My Sentria had a pink bag for a good 3 months before I got a new bag at a bargain of $20 on eBay. Though, my gray bag is starting to turn pink again even though it is stored away from most light.

Here's my Sentria going from pink to gray: http://www.vacuumland.org/cgi-bin/TD/TD-VIEWTHREAD.cgi?21984

Got the rest finished. I won't be taking apart and polishing the Omega, 514, or 511. The Omega's shiny enough for me, and I just don't want to mess with the old ones. I would bring my Heritage 84, but it has a pretty serious motor problem. Maybe next year I'll have it done.

Diamond headlight

For some reason, the Diamond's headlight has quit working. I replaced the light bulb and still nothing. It used to work, but right before I took it apart to polish it, it quit. Any ideas?

Did you forget to plug the light cord and socket into the motor? That's my only thought of what may have happened...

It was temperamental before I took it apart. I was able to perform percussive maintenance on it and got it to work. That didn't help this time.
