I thought this was interesting because of the three number ink stamp on the bottom. I know in the 70s and 80s GE had a three digit code on their appliances, so is this a date code? I haven't seen it on any of their vacuums.
If it is a code, this would be made the 48th week of 1970? Would that be right for this?
