Before you start peddling more vacuums....

how about honoring the sales that you've already made?? It has been almost 2 months since you've got my $120 and still no vacuum. I'm getting ready to file a complaint with Pay Pal against you, I'm fed up with the excuses and drama. It's been more than a week since I got your last letter saying that your "aunt had mailed the vacuum" and if it didn't get there by Saturday you would "try and refund the money". I'm done with this total bullsh%$! And now you're trying to sell more vacuums on here??? Beware fellow VCCC members...

Strangely enough...

I bought one other one from him about a month before and it was a great transaction! So I know it can be done! I'm just out of patience, 2 months of someone having your $$ and no merch to show for it is crazy.

Good luck!  I hope this can be worked out.

Please keep me abreast of the situation, IndyHoover - via Private email.... as if he doesn't follow through on his transaction with you, I'm going to ban him from posting on our site.  I posted a warning when he started those 'for sale' threads, and decided to give him a chance to make good on his bad reputation....  I have read that people have had good dealings with this kid, and that's wonderful.  But if I hear of one person getting the shaft from him, I'm pulling his plug.  I will not stand for members of this site, or the VCCC to be taken advantage of on this website.

Got it, Markemark?  You have one week to get his merchandise to him, or you're gone.  And in the meantime, no more creating any new threads.

so one package is late, due to wrong address and then shipped again so i paied to get it back from post man, then repaied to shipp it agan so 40 buck of my money gone from what i sold it for , and the first vac you bought from me had no issue, alone with every other person who bought one or more from me, and its not that is not shipped its that it has not been dropped to him by the post man. and how often have we all had issues with shipping or damaged shipping, so if there are any problems let me know . i was selling my vacuums so they could be taken care of like i have , im not in need of money or out of a place to store them . people like kirbyloverdan will allways be able to buy from me because with him and others like him i know will take care of the things he buys from me and is about the hoovers and not dramma or name calling im not picking on any one i just feel i needed to say this

Wow seems like

one mistake and your done . Like I said I received every Hoover I paid for and so has Scott until this one. I would blame the Post Office not Robbie. Why does everyone have to be so nasty and bring drama into everything ? ie = ( I told you so ) It feels like I am in a childrens fourm .Everyone is always quick to find fault in someone and seem to get real excited if a mistake happens.

i agree thats why so many good people and big collections have left this pleace because of it turning in to a cat fight

and no one seems to even care that while this 1 hoover was shipped incorrect i was in and out and in the er and doctors because of getting very sick and them not knowing what it was. it was so bad i had to have some one drive me to and from or drop the hoover off for me at the usps . but this is no ones worry but mine and i should not have to tell it as a defence

i said that.....

because in the very beginning this guy screwed my very close friend out of a couple machines and NEVER paid for them then proceeded to sell them himself.....and the link to that thread was posted on the very first thread that markemark started to sell stuff again......those 4 or 5 machines belonged to Phillip muller which ad told me personally that those that were pictured in the linked thread were his machines......and i am going to repost that link to refresh any memories that may have...heres the orginal link from phillips thread

Alrighty. We're all done with this.

Ok.  We're done here.

From now on, unless you're a paid member of the VCCC, I'm not allowing anyone to sell machines on VacuumLand.  Once I update the forum rules, and I see a cleaner for sale, the thread is getting deleted and you're getting a warning.  I'm sick of this.  If you want to sell a cleaner, put it on eBay, or contact me.  If the circumstances are right, we'll see.

I've seen the months worth of back and forth emails between Scott and Rob, and I honestly don't buy Rob's story... it's excuse after excuse.

I'm really glad to hear that most everyone else who has purchased machines from Rob has had success with their transactions.   But for those transactions where cleaners weren't received or the transaction turns in to a "he said, she said" kind of thing, I'm done with it.  eBay is able to offer the proper protection for things like this, and I'm not prepared to get any more involved with this than I already have, (which is far more than I should have).

Drama is drama, and I've said it over and over again, I'm not gonna stand for any of it.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.  Scott, I hope you get your machine.  Rob -- read this loud and clear.  NO MORE SELLING CLEANERS HERE.
