Hey Everyone!
I don’t normally post on here, but I love reading through all of the posts. Anyway, I finally got my hands on a beautiful Eureka F&G model 1945B. I have been looking for one of these for quite some time. It’s in excellent shape, cosmetically and mechanically. I’ll eventually get around to giving it my own personal cleaning/servicing. I have two questions: Is there anyway to prevent the plastic handle from yellowing? I know these handles tend to do that over time. Also, as one can clearly see, the white bumper is missing from the base. Does anyone know where I can find one? I’d love to be able to get my hands on one and complete this beautiful machine. Any help/guidance will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. Happy vacuuming!
