Last weekend I bought this nice Filter Queen 360 at my local Goodwill outlet store for 69 cents a pound. I use the Limited Edition next to it regularly. In comparing the two I've found that the 360 is more powerful but also a lot noisier. The tube diameter of the tools is larger and the overall weight is less. The one step connection is nice, but the older connection system still seems a little easier and I don't mind the extra step of plugging in the cord. The power nozzle is smaller and lighter but the LE power nozzle is height adjustable and is better at carpet grooming. Overall the older LE is the one I prefer. It seems nearly as powerful as the 360 and the deal breaker for me is the difference in decibels. The older 7.6 amp motor makes a smoother quieter sound that is more pleasant to my ears. What does anybody else think?

Definitely prefer the older Limited Edition over the 360. Even if the 360 is more powerful, the double stage Ametek motor in the Limited Edition will last twice as long before burning out, & if you put the brushroll in the "extended wear" position on the Limited Edition it grooms much better than the 360 powerhead.

Also, the 360 hose/wand/powerhead connections burn out easily & have a bad clip design that breaks easily. Bad enough there are replacement hose/wand/powerhead kits with a Wessel Werk EBK360 powerhead vac shops sell for them. And Filter Queen really needs to get with the times & ditch the cellulose paper filter cones that make them lose airflow quickly in favor of a HEPA Cloth cone.
